At Willow Meadow Doodles, we understand that bringing home a puppy is an important decision. Our goal is to keep the process clear, fair, and supportive for every family while also ensuring the best outcome for our puppies.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to reserve a puppy or secure a place on our waitlist. Deposits are non-refundable, as they represent your commitment and allow us to plan for each puppy and family.

Deposit Flexibility

We understand that plans can change. While deposits are non-refundable, we are often willing to work with families on a case-by-case basis when possible.

Depending on timing and availability, deposits may be:

• Transferred to a future litter

• Applied toward another available puppy

We encourage open communication—please reach out as soon as possible if your situation changes.

Reservation Commitment

Once a puppy has been selected or held specifically for you, your deposit represents a commitment to that puppy.

Late cancellations or changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit, as it impacts our ability to place that puppy with another family.

Final Payments

Remaining balances are due prior to or at the time of pickup.

Once full payment has been made, all payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Health Guarantee.

Returns

We do not offer standard returns once a puppy has gone home.

However, we care deeply about the well-being of every puppy we raise. If a situation arises, we ask that you contact us directly. We will always do our best to work with families and help ensure the best possible outcome.

Health-related situations are handled separately under our Health Guarantee Policy.
